Terms and Conditions

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

If we have to part ship an order, due to temporary stock shortage, subsequent part shipments will not carry a delivery charge. We will always try to let you know if an item is out of stock at the time when you place your order. If, however, you order new release items, we shall hold the order until all items are in stock unless you agree to pay an additional shipping charge.

Access, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Delta and American Express cards are all accepted through our Paypal account, however we reserve the right to delivery only to the card holders billing address or any other address acceptable to the card issuer.

Your credit/debit card will be charged at the time of order in order to secure the goods.

Personal or business cheques are welcome but will need to be cleared before the goods are shipped. This takes up to 7 working days from when we receive the cheque. You may also transfer funds (or pay by cash) directly into our bank account, in which case goods will be shipped as soon as funds have cleared. Please contact our sales team via our website to obtain details and procedures.

No property or title of the goods shall pass from Insurrekt to the customer until payment has been received in full. The customer is responsible for the goods from the time of delivery.

All products (inc. special offers, promotions) are subject to availability.

All shipments in transit from Insurrekt are covered by carrier's insurance only if applicable.

Claims for non delivery, missing items or damage to goods in transit must be made to Insurrekt and the carrier as soon as possible.

Acceptable orders which have been placed and cleared* by 4pm weekdays will be shipped within three days for expected delivery within six days in the UK, dependant on shipping method (and barring systems failure etc). If an order has not cleared, Insurrekt will contact the customer to inform them of any delay. For UK purchases we offer Royal Mail (Standard Delivery) and Royal Mail (Special Delivery). For orders from within the EU zone we offer Royal Mail (Airmail) and Royal Mail (Airsure) postal services

*Insurrekt define 'cleared orders' as orders that have cleared funds and security checks.

Insurrekt Records takes the privacy of its customers very seriously, and will only collect information in order to fulfill customer orders and (if requested by the customer) to provide information via our e-mail new release lists. We never send unsolicited e-mails to customers, and we do not sell mailing lists or customer information to any other companies or individuals. To process an order, we require your name, telephone number, e-mail address, delivery address, credit card number and expiry date. To receive our new release information e-mails, we require only your e-mail address.

All illustrations, audio and product descriptions featured in our web site are correct at the time of going 'live'. Any changes to the products will be mentioned on the website or within your invoice.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
